  • Water and sewer. Francisco has no water treatment plant and buys its water from Pike-Gibson (minimum charge $45.38 for 2,500 gallons plus tax, under a tracker ordinance that follows Pike-Gibson's rates); the town sewer system was installed in 2003, with a monthly minimum of $29.84 for a 5/8-inch meter plus $0.0102 per gallon.
